Once the materials are broken down, they are compounded with other materials, including traditional polymers, before being extruded into sheets of high-quality, durable rubber material. There are no chemical treatments in the ELP-100 powder or the final masterbatch.

These sheets are then delivered to your manufacturing facility, where they can be seamlessly integrated into your existing product production process. The material’s physical properties meet your brand’s specific physical property and restricted substance requirements.
