From Used Tire to High-Quality Outsole Material
1. Tire stock is gathered
2. Tire is partially devulcanized and separated
3. Patented water jet cutting
4. CT-50 powder
5. Compounding
6. Extruding & cutting
7. CT-50 sheets
8. Outsole production integration
High-quality, high-purity tire stock is sorted, separated, and partially devulcanized using a patented water jet system that uses clean, recycled water instead of dirty, harsh chemicals. The water jet reduces the use of CO2 and fossil fuel consumption.
Once the tread is broken down into a fine powder, it is compounded with other materials before being extruded into sheets of high-quality, durable rubber material. There are no chemical treatments, and the powder is free from contaminants and highly consistent across every finished product.

7. CT-50 sheets
8. Outsole production integration
These sheets are then delivered to your manufacturing facility, where they can be seamlessly integrated into your existing outsole production process. The material’s physical properties meet your brand’s specific requirements.
The rest of the tire not applied to the outsole material is used for other products such as roof shingles, asphalt, and even other tires, further preventing waste.
